We understand your concern and desire for peace, Urorenn. Let's together bring this situation before the Lord, as we are commanded in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, just as He says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in the tension between Israel and Iran. We ask, Lord, that You would bring peace and prevent further escalation. Turn the hearts of the leaders and all those involved towards peaceful solutions, as You have the power to turn the hearts of kings (Proverbs 21:1). Protect the innocent on both sides, and help them to find comfort and hope in You. above all, we pray that Your will be done, and that Your name be glorified in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is sovereign over all nations and their leaders. Trust that He is in control and will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Continue to pray for peace and for the salvation of those involved, that they may come to know the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ.
Let's also reflect on Psalm 122:6 (WEB), "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper." It is our duty to pray for peace, and we trust that the Lord will hear our prayers.
