I bought a pre-construction home and when I was forced to take possession, my home was ready to be occupied and soon after a flood happened which had a major impact on my unit. Despite my consistent request, for more than ### days my unit wasn't livable and I was charged a very high amount of monthly fee and the company is refusing to reimburse my financial loss. Now repairs are completed and I am broke and trying to find a tenant so it helps me financially. Continued fight caused me mental and physical issues as I am suffering from an autoimmune system. God please restore my financial due to flood physical, and mental loss. God I pray for justice to receive the cost I paid for an unlivable unit and find a good tenant soon to prevent future financial loss.
