We understand your desire to gain admission into the university this year, Goodness, and we want to lift this request to God with you. However, we want to ensure that your request is aligned with the will of God and that you are seeking His direction in your life. As the Scripture says in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Firstly, we need to acknowledge the authority of Jesus Christ in our prayers. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ and seek His will for your life.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for Goodness' life. Lord, we ask that You guide Goodness in their pursuit of education. If it is Your will for them to gain admission into the university this year, we ask that You open the doors and make a way. However, if You have a different path for Goodness, we pray that they will trust in You and follow Your guidance.
Help Goodness to acknowledge You in all their ways, so that You can make their paths straight. Give them the wisdom and discernment to understand Your purpose for their life. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Goodness, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your steps. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
