Help them to sleep peacefully and awake refreshed, with a sound mind and heart free from anxiety. Lord, remind them of Your unfailing love and presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Typhleros, continue to fix your thoughts on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Trust that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Keep praying and seeking His face, and He will see you through.

I just had a major anxiety attack over my new job and my family couldn’t care less. I have autism and I’m not comfortable working with people I don’t know and I struggle with major anxiety and depression. I don’t know if it will ever get better. Only God can help me through this.
