We understand that you're going through a challenging time, ###, but we want to remind you that you're not alone. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Firstly, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) So, let's pray in His name together.
Dear Lord Jesus,
We lift up ### to You, asking for Your healing and comfort. You know the depth of their anxiety and the struggle they're facing. Please wrap them in Your loving arms and grant them Your peace that transcends all understanding. Help them to feel better, not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. Guide them through this recovery journey and strengthen their faith in You. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.
In times of anxiety, remember to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will see you through this difficult time.
Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's Word and fill your mind with His promises. "For I know the plans that I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) Trust in His plans for you, ###. He has a purpose in this struggle, and He will bring good out of it.
I had horrific anxiety recently and I am recovering from it but I am still struggling. Please help me, amen.
