God please guide me and keep me focused for evil people, I have dreams I need to focus to find the right staff to get my business going, keep me focused even though I have family members with health conditions I pray for their fast recovery, don't allow me to lose myself in others' problems.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance and protection for ###. Your Word promises in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Lord, we pray that ### will trust in Your wisdom and not be swayed by the distractions and challenges that come from those with ill intentions.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment as ### seeks to find the right staff to build and grow this business. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We trust that You will provide the guidance needed to make wise decisions and lead this endeavor to success.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s family members who are facing health challenges. We pray for their swift and complete recovery, for Your healing hand to touch them and restore them to full health. As You have said in Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," we stand on this promise and believe in Your power to heal.

May ### remain focused on the dreams and goals set before them, knowing that with You, all things are possible. Strengthen ###'s resolve and grant peace in the midst of any trials. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
