Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares deeply about your desires and needs. Regarding the fruit of the womb, we know that children are a gift from God. As it is written in Psalm 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." We pray that God will bless you with the gift of children in His perfect timing.
For your job, we trust that God has a purpose and a plan for your career as well. Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." We pray that God will guide you to a good job where you can use your talents to serve Him and others.
Concerning shame and reproach, we want to remind you that through Jesus Christ, you can find freedom. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." If there is any sin causing shame, we encourage you to repent and turn to Jesus, for He said, "All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law. For it isn’t the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified" (Romans 2:12-13).
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
