God please forgive me of the meditation of my heart for the thoughts that go against you, please deliver me from monitoring spirits and the every other demon. Please have mercy on me please put a heart of praise in me birthed by the Holy Spirit. I know I have repeatedly sinned against you in the same manner, please have mercy on me for the sake of my life and that of my family in Jesus Name Amen
