We ask that you provide a practical and lasting solution to this problem, Lord.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19 that you will supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We trust in your provision, Lord, and ask that you guide ### to find the right bike seat and trousers that will not hinder their cardio exercise. Help them to find comfort and durability in their workout attire, so they can continue their journey towards better health.
Father, we also lift up ###'s desire to lose weight. We pray that you grant them the strength, discipline, and motivation to achieve their goal of losing ### kilograms within a year. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor you with our bodies. May ### experience your guidance and empowerment as they make healthy choices and engage in regular exercise.
