Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19 that you will supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We trust in your provision, Lord, and ask that you guide ellie12 to find the right bike seat and trousers that will not hinder their cardio exercise. Help them to find comfort and durability in their workout attire, so they can continue their journey towards better health.
Father, we also lift up ellie12's desire to lose weight. We pray that you grant them the strength, discipline, and motivation to achieve their goal of losing 10 kilograms within a year. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor you with our bodies. May ellie12 experience your guidance and empowerment as they make healthy choices and engage in regular exercise.
