God, please do something with a washing machine of my neighbours

God do something with the noisy washing mashine of my neighbours. They are using it almost every night/day and its probably not function properly. Numerous family. Dont care for neighbours. They have removed it from the bathroom to their living room or kitchen witch is right to my only room and bed. Disturbes my sleep.
