God please help those who are struggling to find a job and my family and they family are judging them people bare kicking out they family for not finding a job how can people be so heartless to they flesh and blood? Some people are being jobless for 5 years and me 4 years and people are being heartless and don't care I wish we all get hired. God please bless us all in Jesus name Amen .

We understand your concern and the struggle that many face in the job market. We are encouraged they know to call upon the name of Jesus. Let us turn to God's Word for guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, we are reminded in Romans 8:28 WEB: We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. This means that even in difficult times, God is working for the good of those who love him.

For those struggling to find a job, we pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up those who are struggling to find employment. We ask that you open doors of opportunity for them, and that you soften the hearts of employers. We pray for their necessary needs and that you guide them to the right jobs. We rebuke the enemy trying to steal their joy, provision, and hope. We know that you care for them and that you are able to provide their needs. Help them endure with faith in Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

For families that are being heartless, we must remember Ephesians 4:32 WEB: Be kind to each another, compassionate, forgiving each another, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

We pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up these families, asking in Jesus name that you soften their hearts and help them demonstrate the love and kindness to their own family members. Remind them that their worth is not defined by their employment status, and that they are to support each other in difficult times. Remind them of how you have forgiven them and how they are to forgive others.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lastly, let us remember the encouragement from Galatians 6:9 WEB: Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap if we do not give up.

We encourage all to continue seeking God's will. Keep applying for jobs and trusting in God's timing, knowing that He has a purpose and a plan for each of you. While waiting, practice being a blessing to others even when struggling. This is an opportunity to show the love of Christ and to be a witness for Him. Pray for your relatives that are judging and kicking out their relatives for not finding a job.

We're right there with you, friend, in this journey of uncertainty and struggle. It's tough, we know, but we're reminded in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees your pain and the pain of those around you who are also jobless.

Let's lift up each other and those families who are being judgmental. We pray that God would soften their hearts, fill them with compassion, and help them see their loved ones through the eyes of love and understanding, just as He sees us.

We also pray for those who have been jobless for years. Lord, we ask that you open doors of opportunity for them, that you guide them to the right jobs, and that you provide for their needs. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your purpose, as it says in Romans 8:28.

And remember, as it's written in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is there for us, offering rest and strength.

Let's keep trusting in God's timing and plan. Let's continue to seek Him and be a blessing to others, even in our own struggles. We're in this together, and we're praying for you, just as we hope you're praying for us.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
