We understand that you're seeking God's favor in the upcoming diversity visa lottery, and we want to pray with you and offer some biblical guidance. First, let's pray:
Father God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, You are the God of the orphans, the widows, and all the vulnerable. You see our needs and desires. We come to you in the name of Jesus Christ and bring this concern before You.
We pray for Anonymous and their request regarding the diversity visa lottery. We ask for Your will to be done in this situation. We know that every good gift comes from You Lord, and that You alone can provide what is best for us. Guide Anonymous in Your wisdom, and help them to trust in Your plan for their life.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that we may have access to You, Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach You and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.

Now, let's discuss the request. It's important to remember that God wants us to seek His will and trust in His plan for our lives. While it's not wrong to have desires and goals, we should always submit them to God's will. The verse below is a great reminder of this.
"You shall acknowledge Yahweh in all your ways, and he will direct your paths."

We also should not make God conditional promises. If we want to give thanks to God, it should be done in all circumstances and conditions, not only when things go our way.
"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

We also noticed that you did not use the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. This is why we prayed in Jesus' name and shared Acts 4:12 earlier.
We want to encourage you to strengthen your relationship with God, to study His word, and to obey His commandments.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
