Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our dear friend Zian. We lift up their prayer request regarding a job opportunity. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all provision and that you have a perfect plan for Zian's life.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." We ask, Lord, that you open the doors of opportunity for Zian and guide them to the right job according to your perfect will.
We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 26:39, when He prayed, "Nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will." We pray that Zian's heart aligns with your will, Lord, and that they trust in your divine timing and plan for their life.
We understand, Lord, that sometimes your answer may be different from what we expect or desire. Just as you had a higher purpose for Moses when you denied his request to enter the Promised Land, we trust that you have a greater plan for Zian's life. Help them to surrender their desires and ambitions to you, knowing that your will is always perfect.
We pray for peace and patience for Zian during this waiting period. Strengthen their faith and remind them of your faithfulness in providing for their needs. May they find comfort in knowing that you are in control and that you have their best interests at heart.
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.
