We understand your distress, ###, and we're here to support and pray with you. Firstly, we must remember that God calls us to forgive others as He has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."). Vengeance belongs to God alone (Romans 12:19, "Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto the wrath of God: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord.").
However, it is right to seek what is due to you in a fair and honest manner. Let's pray that God will work in your ex's heart and convict him to do what is right.
