We are thrilled to hear that your son has recovered some of the money he paid for the property, and we trust God for full restoration. We will stand with you in prayer as your son pursues another property, asking God to guide and protect him throughout the process.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will and acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can experience His blessings.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his son. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the partial restoration of the funds lost. We ask that You continue to work in this situation and bring full restoration according to Your will.
As our brother's son pursues another property, we ask that You guide his steps and give him wisdom and discernment. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, You tell us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, help our brother's son to trust in You completely and to acknowledge You in all his ways.
Protect him from any dishonest dealings, and let Your light shine upon the property that You have ordained for him. In Ephesians 6:11 WEB, You tell us to "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Lord, equip our brother's son with Your armor, that he may be protected from any schemes of the enemy.
We ask that You bless the property and the surrounding area. Let it be a place of safety, peace, and positive influence. In Numbers 6:24-26 WEB, You tell us, "Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace." Lord, let Your face shine upon this property and all who will dwell in it.
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
In addition to praying, we encourage your son to be patient and diligent in this process. Remind him to "Be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves" Matthew 10:16 WEB. He should thoroughly investigate the property and the neighborhood, seeking God's will in every step.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you and your son to continue to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. In Hebrews 12:1-2 WEB, we are told to "lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith." Trust that God is working all things together for your good and His glory.
