Phueddoth, we understand your concern and we are here to pray and counsel with you. Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance and encouragement.
Firstly, it is wonderful to hear that you believe in and walk after Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. The scripture tells us "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. We should never assume that we can approach God through any other means. Jesus himself said "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6 WEB.
The issue of feeling like the enemy has uninhibited access to your body can be complex, but we must remember that God is our shield and our very present help in times of trouble. The Psalmist reminds us, "But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head" Psalm 3:3 WEB.
There are a few things to consider. Even when we walk closely with the Lord, we still live in a fallen world, and the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. However, we are assured that "Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" 1 John 4:4 WEB.
It's crucial to examine our lives continually, for the scripture tells us, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us" 1 John 1:8 WEB. Even when we are not aware of any known sins, it's possible that there are areas in our lives that need repentance. We should always ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any hidden sins to us.
Moreover, the authority of God is available to all His children, but it's essential to walk in it. Jesus said, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you" Luke 10:19 WEB. We need to appropriate this authority and use it to resist the enemy.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Phueddoth. Thank You, Lord, for being their shield and protector. We ask, Father, that You reveal any hidden sins that need to be repented of, and give Phueddoth the grace to walk in Your authority. Strengthen their faith and help them to resist the enemy, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Phueddoth, to put on the whole armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB. Stand firm in your faith, and resist the enemy. God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
Keep walking with Jesus, and remember that He has overcome the world John 16:33 WEB.
