Let's lift up Dhuirmore against spiritual attacks. "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). Praying for protection and peace in Jesus' name.
We understand that you are going through a profoundly difficult time, and we want to assure you that God's love for you is unchanging. Let us address your words and feelings with biblical truth and compassion.
Firstly, we must rebuke the statement "I don't need Jesus." This is a dangerous path to take, for it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We must also address your request for God to take your life. While we understand the depth of your despair, we know that God has a purpose and a plan for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, God says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Remember also that our lives are not our own, as we have been bought with the precious blood of Christ (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is going through a deep valley of despair. Lord, forgive them for the words spoken in haste and pain, and draw them back into Your loving embrace. Remind them of the hope and future You have promised. Help them to see Your purpose for their life and to trust in Your unfailing love. Give them the strength to endure this trial and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, even in your darkest moments, God is with you. He loves you more than you can imagine, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Hold on to His promises, and do not let go of His hand. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this storm.
