This could be wherever you are, in any circumstance. Apostle Paul was in prison in chains and he was praising God. Daniel was in the lions den, and he was communing with God. David was being chased by king Saul and David was praising the Lord in Psalms. Jesus was on the way to the cross and He was praying to the Father. Jesus knew about His upcoming death on the cross and His betrayal, and He was telling the apostles to let not "their" heart be troubled, and to not be fearful. The Bible says to rejoice in the Lord, always. The Bible says to be thankful in all circumstances.

Feeling frustrated is a choice you make, every day. Your emotions are something you need to train and decide which to have. "You" are the blessing the people around you need in order for them to be led to the Lord, so do your job.
