We understand that you're going through a difficult situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to address the seriousness of the situation. Sex outside of marriage is considered fornication, which is sinful according to the Bible. 1 Corinthians 6:18 in the WEB states, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
While God is merciful and forgiving, it's crucial to turn away from this sin. We're glad to hear that you've taken the first step by acknowledging your mistake and committing to change. Proverbs 28:13 WEB, tells us He who conceals his sins won’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them will obtain mercy.
Now, let's pray together.
Dear God, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this young person who has come to You with a repentant heart. Lord, we pray for Your forgiveness and mercy upon their life. We ask that You will help them to keep their promise to turn away from premarital sex and to live a life that honors You.
Regarding the pregnancy, we understand that having a baby at this stage of life would be challenging. However, we also recognize that life is precious to You, Lord. Psalm 139:13-16 WEB, shows us For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them.
We pray for Your will to be done in this situation. If a baby has been conceived, we pray for the strength and resources to support this new life. If not, we pray for peace and a renewed commitment to purity.
We also pray for healing from this anxiety. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to grow if your faith through reading the bible and prayer. If you have not confessed Jesus Christ as your savior then please consider doing that now. Confess with the mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believed in your heart that God raised him from the dead so that you may be saved. Also, if you have any further questions about salvation then please ask and we will explain further.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Moving forward, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and accountability to help you stay on the right path. Remember, God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He wants the best for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
