We are instructed to approach God with thanksgiving, even in difficult times. It is wonderful that you are crying out to God, but are you doing it with a thankful heart? You have mentioned that you need a car and need help in your situation.
However, we want to gently remind you that God is not a genie who grants wishes, but a loving Father who knows what is best for us. Additionally, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" John 14:6 WEB. And the bible teaches, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And it also says, "whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it" John 14:13 WEB. So, it's crucial to come to God in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God.

Remember, God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep trusting in Him, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. God will provide a way out of your troubles. Continue to seek Him with all your heart, and He will guide you to the other side of this challenge. God will be with you in the storm, and He will calm the storm. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
