Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is in deep distress. Your Word says in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." Lord, we stand on this promise and ask for Your divine intervention in her situation.
Father, we pray for her husband. Your Word in Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; He directs it like a watercourse wherever He pleases." We ask that You touch his heart, humble him, and turn him back towards You. Let him see the error of his ways and the pain he is causing. Bring him to repentance, Lord, and restore their marriage according to Your will.
We also lift up the mistress and the mother involved. Lord, we pray for conviction and change in their hearts. May they come to know You and understand the sanctity of marriage. In 1 Peter 3:7, Your Word instructs husbands to treat their wives with respect so that their prayers may not be hindered. We pray that this truth penetrates deeply into their hearts.
Father, we ask for strength and comfort for this sister. Isaiah 40:31 says, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Renew her strength, Lord, and give her the courage to face each day.
We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with Your love and protection, and guide her steps according to Your perfect will.
