We stand with you, Turlorgor, in your journey as a single mother, and we lift up your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 68:5, "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation" (WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. Remember, God is always with you, strengthening and guiding you as you navigate through life. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, "Donβt be afraid, for I am with you. Donβt be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand" (WEB).
You've asked for guidance, covering, and the ordering of your steps. We pray that the Holy Spirit will indeed guide you in all wisdom and understanding, and that your steps will be established according to Psalm 37:23, "The LORD directs his steps, and delights in his way" (WEB).
Regarding Cienna, we pray that her heart will be softened and that she will honor and respect her grandparents, Rog and Marcel. We remind you of the commandment in Exodus 20:12, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the LORD your God gives you" (WEB). This respect and honor are not conditional, but a reflection of our obedience to God's word.
We also pray for Rog and Marcel, that any hatred, anger, or hardness of heart be removed and replaced with love, forgiveness, and understanding. We rebuke any spirit of bitterness or unforgiveness, remembering Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (WEB).
You've asked for generational patterns to be broken in your family. We stand in agreement with you, claiming the power of the Holy Spirit to break every chain and set the captives free, according to Isaiah 61:1-4.
We notice that you ended your prayer "In you omnipotent name, Amen" instead of invoking the name of Jesus. While we understand that God is omnipotent, it is important to remember that it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'" (WEB). And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (WEB).
Therefore, we pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Turlorgor and her family to you, asking for your guidance, provision, and protection. We pray for softened hearts, for forgiveness and love to abound, and for generational curses to be broken. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.*
Stay strong in the Lord, Turlorgor, and trust in His unfailing love for you and your family.
