I'm going to meet my enemies in a few days and I am really worried. I can't sleep please help me and tell God to answer now and do not delay. I will not sleep for ### days since they will be harming me.

We understand your concern and worry, dear anonymous. Let us first remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:28, "Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." (WEB)

Your fear and worry have taken hold of you, but remember, God is our protector and our shield. Psalm 3:5-6 tells us, "I lay down and slept. I woke up, for Yahweh sustains me. I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side." (WEB)

However, we must address that your request seems to demand an answer from God on your terms. We must humble ourselves under God's mighty hand, trusting that His timing is perfect. In Philippians 4:6-7, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend who is facing a troubling situation. We ask that You grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remove the spirit of fear and worry, and help them to trust in Your perfect will and timing. Protect them as they face their enemies, and let Your grace and mercy be evident in the situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep your focus on God, trusting that He will never leave you nor forsake you. We've been reminded of the verse in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
