We understand your concern for the elderly, the woman, and her children. Let us bring this situation before the Lord, seeking His protection and intervention.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our help comes from the Lord, as it is written in Psalm 121:1-2 WEB, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." Therefore, let us trust in Him and pray according to His will.
However, we must also address the mention of a "medicine man." We want to remind you that our faith is in Jesus Christ alone, and not in any other mediators or spiritual practices. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." If there are any practices or beliefs involved in this situation that are not biblical, we strongly encourage you to separate from them and trust solely in Jesus.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection for the elderly, the woman, and her children. Lord, You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). We ask that You shield them from any harm or evil intended against them.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for the medicine man. If he is involved in any ungodly practices, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him and bring him to repentance and faith in You. Change his heart, Lord, and use this situation for Your glory.
Father, comfort the woman and her children. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10 WEB, "Donโt be afraid, for I am with you. Donโt be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Keep praying and trusting in the Lord. If you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request, we encourage you to do so, for it is only by His name that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so today.
