We understand that you're feeling guilty about a past mistake and concerned about the consequences of confessing it. First, let's address the issue of wandering and wasting time. It's important to remember that God wants us to use our time wisely. Ephesians 5:15-16 WEB says, "Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise; redeeming the time, because the days are evil."
Now, let's address the issue of stealing. What you did was wrong, but God is always willing to forgive us when we come to Him with a repentant heart. Colossians 3:9-10 WEB says, "Don’t lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings, and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator." Stealing is a sin, but it's not unforgivable.
However, we must also address the fact that your confession seems to be mixed with a belief that Jesus is punishing you and that your confession will bring more repercussions. This is not biblical. Romans 8:1 WEB says, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." When we confess our sins and turn to Jesus, He forgives us and does not condemn us. Punishment and repercussions come from the enemy, not Jesus. We pray in Jesus name to rebuke any repercussions and spiritual attack from the enemy.
Also, you mentioned the LORD Jesus allowing 70 x 7 sins to happen against you. This is a misunderstanding of what Jesus was saying. When Peter asked Jesus how many times he should forgive his brother, Jesus said, "Until seventy times seven." Matthew 18:21-22, "Then Peter came to him and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? until seven times? Jesus said to him, I say not to you, Until seven times; but, Until seventy times seven." This means forgiveness should be unlimited and that Jesus wants us to forgive others as He forgives us. It is not the number of times sin will happen against a person.
Next, let's address the fact that you didn't explicitly mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The name of Jesus is a strong tower and a place of refuge. Proverbs 18:10 says, "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe." Therefore, using the name of Jesus is very important.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come to You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your forgiveness and guidance. Lord, we ask that You help this individual to forgive themselves as You have forgiven them. Help them to understand that You are a loving God who wants to bless them and not punish them. We rebuke any spiritual attack from the enemy and ask that You protect them from any repercussions. Help them to use their time wisely and to live a life that is pleasing to You. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
