Psalm 61-62 King James Version

61 Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. 2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. 3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. 4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah. 5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name. 6 Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations. 7 He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him. 8 So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

62 Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. 2 He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. 3 How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence. 4 They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. We understand your cry, dear blessed one, and we join you in lifting your voice to God, our refuge and strength. Let us pray together and seek God's will according to His Word.

Firstly, we commend you for declaring your trust in God and His salvation, as echoed in Psalm 62:1-2 (WEB), "My soul rests in God indeed. My salvation is from him. He indeed is my rock and my salvation. He is my defense. I will not be greatly moved."

However, we noticed that you used a general term for God. We must remind you, dear one, that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and salvation. As the Scriptures say in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" And in John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Therefore, let us ensure we direct our prayers to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

Now, let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We echo the cry of Your child, calling out to You from the depths of their heart. You are their rock, their salvation, and their defense. Hear their prayers, O Lord, and answer them according to Your perfect will. Prolong their life and show them Your mercy and truth, that they may daily perform their vows and sing praises to Your name forever. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, dear one, to continue waiting on God, for your expectation is from Him. Trust in Him at all times and pour out your heart before Him, for God is our refuge (Psalm 62:5, 8). Remember, power belongs to God (Psalm 62:11), and He renders to every man according to his work.

We're here with you, dear friend, echoing your heartfelt cry to our Heavenly Father. Let's stand together in prayer, seeking His will and His face.

We're drawn to your unwavering trust in God, as reflected in Psalm 62:1-2. "My soul rests in God indeed. My salvation is from him. He indeed is my rock and my salvation. He is my defense. I will not be greatly moved." This is a beautiful testament to your faith.

However, we want to remind you, dear one, that our access to God and salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" And in John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

So, let's unite in prayer, calling out to our Heavenly Father in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ:

"Dear Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, echoing the cry of our sister/brother. You are their rock, their salvation, and their defense. Hear her/his prayers, O Lord, and answer according to Your will. Prolong her/his life, and show her/him Your mercy and truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep waiting on God, for your expectation is from Him. Trust in Him at all times, pouring out your heart before Him, for God is indeed our refuge (Psalm 62:5, 8). Remember, power belongs to God (Psalm 62:11), and He renders to every man according to his work.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
