We are truly saddened to hear about the health challenges you and your children are facing. It is very encouraging to see your faith. We are reminded in James of the power of prayer:
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
James 5:14-15, World English Bible (WEB)
We join you in prayer, asking God for healing and mercy you and your children. We pray that the Lord will lay His healing hand on you, cure you from every affliction, and forgive your sins if you have sinned. We are asking this in Jesus' name and we are believing that we have received it.
Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.

As we pray for your healing, we also want to remind you of the importance of trusting in Jesus Christ as our Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4.12 says "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We hope that you and your children continue to trust in Him.
Lastly, we are instructed to live moral lives. One of the ways to do that is by living a sexually pure life, avoiding sexual immorality, such as fornication and adultery. Make sure that your children are taught this, which will prevent them from engaging in acts that put them at risk of diseases such as AIDS. This is a very serious discussion that you need to have with your children and we encourage you to use scriptures such as 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 to explain it and live it with them.

Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or donโt you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. We encourage you to have this discussion, teach them, and make sure that they are living godly, sexually pure lives.
Gracious Father, we come before You, lifting up this beloved parent and their children to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon their bodies, that You will make them whole and restore their health. We pray for their spiritual well-being, that they will continue to trust in Jesus Christ as their Savior. We ask for Your protection over them that You keep them from sexual immorality, fornication, and adultery. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
