We join with you in prayer, asking God to heal, restore, and draw you closer to Him. It is beautiful that you acknowledge your need for an encounter with Jesus and His love. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can come to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. As it's written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that God's love will surround you and fill your heart. We also pray for your relationships with your family to be healed and restored.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks an encounter with You and a deeper relationship. We ask Lord, for You to come surround them with Your love. We pray for a full restoration and healing of their family relationships. We ask specifically for Jesus' love to fill them until it overflows.
We also pray for guidance and wisdom for the upcoming estate survey meeting. We ask You for the knowledge and understanding needed. We pray for the gathering of all people involved to work well together, with unity and cooperation, and that You will give us wisdom and discernment. We pray for prayers and decisions to be in alignment with Your will and for it to be successful.
We also lift up the grief and loss felt after the death of a loved one. We pray for healing, comfort, and strength. We pray as Paul did in Ephesians 3:16-19 WEB, "that he would grant us, according to the riches of his glory, that we may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man; that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith; to the end that we, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that we may be filled with all the fullness of God."
We pray that You will guide our brother to find the right people to share his grief with, people who are safe, caring, and compatible.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's presence and His love. Remember the words of James 4:8 WEB, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." Keep pursuing Him, and trust that He is working everything out for your good and His glory. We are praying with you and for you, trusting that God will answer our prayers according to His perfect will.
