God had revealed his will in this in church and just trust in him amidst the storm and to stay on in this job and he will use me to re manage and re organize the whole situation so that it will be fair to other members and for the unfairness in job distribution to be given as accordingly so I have to stay to do Jesus work in my current job although there are a lot of unfairness and he will give me wisdom to do this job in the midst of storm I just trust him by doing nothing to fulfill his will and remanaged everything there, in my current job and to fulfill his will in this job to clear up the mess done by scrum master.

It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men."

However, doing nothing is not an option for a Christian. While we trust God, we also need to act, as faith without works is dead. James 2:17 WEB says, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself." We advise you to pray fervently for wisdom and guidance, and then take steps to fulfill God's will in your workplace. Be proactive in promoting fairness and reorganizing the job distribution, as God has promised to give you the wisdom to do so.

Also, consider the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working out everything for your good and His glory.
