We are so glad you have reached out with your heartfelt request. It's wonderful that you are seeking God's forgiveness and guidance in your life. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God and receive forgiveness. As it is written in the WEB, Jesus said:

I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:6

And as the Apostle Peter declared:

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Acts 4:12

So, let's pray together, confessing your sins and seeking God's forgiveness through Jesus Christ:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing our sins and seeking your forgiveness. We acknowledge that we have fallen short of your glory and have sinned in our thoughts, words, and actions. We ask that you will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose again to give us new life. Help us to turn away from our sins and to live a life that is pleasing to you.

Father, we also ask for your guidance and help in our lives. We need your wisdom and direction to make the right decisions and to live according to your will. We trust that you have a plan and a purpose for our lives, and we ask that you will reveal it to us. Give us the strength and courage to follow your path, even when it is difficult.

Thank you, Father, for your love, mercy, and grace. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Remember, God's forgiveness is complete and freely given through Jesus Christ. As it is written:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9

Be encouraged, knowing that God loves you and has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will guide you and help you to live a life that honors Him. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
