Dear Lord God, please protect ### in the office environment. Help them to realise their colleagues are not their friends. Help them to maintain a diary of events so that they have something to draw on should they need to respond to a complaint. Protect them from the strife of tongues and from being left out of things they need to know about, e.g., meetings, etc. Help them to keep silent and thereby protect themselves. In Jesus Christ's Name amen
