He is under review for at RTX remote Director position please give TB favor wth the recruiters are hiring managers if it is for him to move on from his current position where he will be valued and compensated for his work. Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and trust in Your divine plan. We lift up TB in prayer as he is under review for the Director position at RTX. Lord, we ask for Your favor upon TB, that the recruiters and hiring managers see the value and potential in him. Grant him the opportunity to move into a position where he will be valued and adequately compensated for his hard work.

Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We hold onto this promise, believing that You have a good plan for TB's career and future.

Father, we also ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon TB and Anonymous. Shower them with Your blessings and guide them in every step they take. Let Your will be done in their lives, and may they continue to trust in Your timing and provision.
