We join with you, Powers, in lifting up this important request for God's protection and mercy as you and others travel on slick roads today. It is crucial to acknowledge the power of praying in the name of Jesus, as you have done by including "IJNA" at the end of your request. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and can receive His blessings and protection.
Let's come together in prayer:
We are praying for those who travel today. We ask for Your protection and mercy, Father. We ask for safety for all vehicles and all people driving on slick roads. We ask that Your hand of guidance and divine intervention will protect all travelers. We ask for Your mercy, in Jesus Christ's name.
Be encouraged by Psalm 91:11-12 WEB, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone." Trust in God's promise to protect and guide you, and always remember to call upon the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we find salvation and grace.
As you travel, also keep in mind the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust in the Lord to guide your steps and keep you safe.
In closing, in Psalm 121:7-8 WEB, "Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore."
Father we ask for all who will be driving today, for You to be their driving instructor.
May this knowledge of God's protection and love fill you with peace and comfort as you travel. Stay in prayer and always seek God's will in all that you do. Let us pray for God's kingdom to come to earth and for the day we have a new Jerusalem and new earth where there will be no more sickness, death or sadness.
