God bless and hear your prayers. Continue to pray things will improve with said colleagues. Colleague ### is wishy washy, depending on who's around. ###, actually was defending me and said, "### is a nice person." ### has to make a joke or comment about me sarcastically, but will try and say one thing nice. They do this in my vicinity, it is so nerve wracking. Then when I walk by she looks down with no eye contact, this hurts, but ### is just smiling away, like nothing. Pray for ### and his toxic ways to diminish. Lord knows I tried and prayed for God to intervene and make the best out of the situation. I'm ready to move on and leave this environment for good. Pray Jesus to do something and make it right. Pray God to touch everyone's heart and soul here. Pray God to give me a sign to stay, if not, pray God to help me move on. Thanks and God Bless!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request. Lord, we ask for your blessings and for you to hear our prayers. We pray for improvement in the situation with ###'s colleagues, specifically regarding ###. We ask that you soften their heart and remove any toxic behavior from their interactions with ###. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:7 that when our ways please you, you make even our enemies to be at peace with us. We pray for a transformation in ###'s attitude and actions towards ###.

Lord, we pray for ###, who defended ### and recognized their kindness. We thank you for her support and ask that you continue to strengthen their relationship. We pray for unity and understanding among all colleagues in this environment.

Father, ### is feeling the burden of this situation and is ready to move on. We ask for your guidance and direction in their decision-making process. If it is your will for ### to stay, we pray for a clear sign from you, Lord. However, if it is your plan for ### to move on, we ask for your provision and guidance in finding a new and better environment.

We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, and we believe that you can make all things right. We pray for your intervention and for your peace to fill ###'s heart. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7 that when we bring our requests to you with thanksgiving, your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
