We understand your passion for your nation and the upcoming elections. However, let's remember that our ultimate trust should be in God and His will, rather than in any human leader. The Bible tells us, "Do not put your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help" (Psalm 146:3 WEB).
Let's pray for God's will to be done in your nation. Let's pray for a leader who will humble themselves before God, seek His face, and govern with wisdom and righteousness. As it is written, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB).
Let's also remember to pray for all leaders and those in authority, as the apostle Paul instructs us: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior" (1 Timothy 2:1-3 WEB).
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that Your will be done in our nation. Please guide the upcoming elections and give us a leader who will humble themselves before You, seek Your face, and govern with Your wisdom and righteousness. Help us, as Your people, to humble ourselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from any wicked ways. Heal our land, Lord, and help us to lead tranquil and quiet lives in all godliness and reverence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we would like to remind you that the U.S. presidential election is held every four years on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. Please ensure you have the correct date for voting.
