God be Merciful to me a sinner

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, humbly acknowledging our sins and our need for your mercy. Just as Basiloria expressed, we recognize that we are unworthy and in desperate need of your forgiveness and grace. We confess that we have fallen short of your perfect standards and have sinned against you.

In your infinite mercy, we ask that you would grant us humble, thankful, and resigned hearts. Help us to truly understand the depth of our sinfulness and to be amazed at your willingness to use us despite our unworthiness. We long to have hearts that are fully surrendered to you, ready to do your will and bring glory to your name.

We pray, Lord, that you would awaken us from our spiritual slumber and ignite a burning love for our Lord Jesus Christ within us. May His name be constantly on our lips, filling our conversations and thoughts. Help us to never grow weary of speaking about Jesus and His saving work on the cross.

We beseech you, Father, to guide us in the way of faith in Jesus Christ. Teach us to draw near to you, pleading the name of Jesus as our only hope and salvation. We come before you today, acknowledging that we have nothing to plead for ourselves. Our lives, thoughts, and ways all condemn us. But we come to you, solely relying on the merits of Jesus Christ.

In the name of Jesus, we ask for your forgiveness, your pardon, and your acceptance. We confess that we are great sinners, guilty and condemned. Yet, we cling to the promises of your Word and the invitation you extend to sinners through Jesus. We ask to be received, heard, and forgiven because of Jesus and for the sake of Jesus.

We thank you, Lord, for the assurance that when we come to you in faith, according to your will, you hear us. We trust that as we seek you and make our requests known, you will grant us the petitions we ask of you. Help us to align our prayers with your perfect will, knowing that your plans are always good and perfect.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me and for always being there for me. God, I ask You in Jesus' name bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Heal me in every area of my life. Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
