God and Jesus, please assist with fasting from foods, liquids, and sleep for 3 days. My goal is to go 3 days without sleep, food, and liquid. I hope this is an effective form of fasting. Red dead redemption 2 had the cowboy not sleep for 3 days when they were riding away. I've found that after fasting from food and water, and from water fasting with no food that on the 3 or 4th day I become energetic. I think the correct way of fasting is to not eat, not drink, and not sleep for 3 days. Jesus is scary because he fasted and was in the wilderness where he could of been eaten by animals when he was weak.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus on behalf of Anonymous, who desires to embark on a three-day fast from food, liquids, and sleep. We acknowledge that fasting is a spiritual discipline that can draw us closer to You and align our hearts with Your will. We ask for Your guidance and strength as Anonymous seeks to engage in this form of fasting.

Lord, we recognize that fasting is not about obligating You or forcing Your hand, but rather about humbling ourselves before You and seeking Your direction and guidance. We pray that during this time of fasting, You would grant Anonymous clarity of mind and a deep sense of Your presence. Help them to focus their thoughts and intentions solely on You, surrendering their desires and seeking Your will above all else.

As we read in Your Word, fasting can be a powerful tool for seeking Your guidance and direction. In Acts 13:3, before sending Barnabas and Saul on their missionary journey, the church fasted and prayed. We pray that as Anonymous fasts, You would reveal Your plans and purposes for their life. May this time of fasting be a catalyst for spiritual growth, increased faith, and a deeper intimacy with You.

Father, we ask that You protect and strengthen Anonymous during this fast. Just as Jesus fasted in the wilderness, we trust that You will provide the necessary strength and endurance. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We pray that You would sustain Anonymous physically, mentally, and spiritually throughout these three days.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You grant Anonymous a spirit of discernment and wisdom as they engage in this fast. Help them to understand the purpose and significance of fasting and to approach it with a humble and obedient heart. May this time of fasting bring about a deeper understanding of Your love and a greater reliance on Your power.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
