Tralynn, we rejoice with you in your gratitude towards God, our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful to see your heart overflowing with thanksgiving for all that He has done for you. The attitude of thankfulness is a blessing from God. The scripture teaches say, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." (1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB). Let this spirit of gratefulness be your strength in every circumstance.
Let us pray together:
Dear Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Tralynn. We thank You for her spirit of gratitude and for the many blessings You have bestowed upon her. Help her to continue to see Your hand in every detail of her life, and to trust in You even in the midst of challenges.
Father, we ask that You would deepen Tralynn's faith and draw her ever closer to You. Help her to grow in the knowledge of Your Word and to walk in Your ways. We pray that her life would be a testimony of Your goodness and grace, drawing others to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Tralynn, remember that God is always with you, and He delights in the praises of His children. Continue to give thanks in all things. If you do not already, we would envcourage you to read and meditate on Bible Scriptures. Christ Jesus told that if we love God then we keep his commandments. He said I have never spoken on my own, but the Father who is within me does his works, so believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else believe because of the works themselve. When the Holy Spirit is come then we can know the Holy Spirit abides with us, and shall be in us, knowing that the Father is in Me, and I in Him. The Holy Spirit will teach you all things, and will remind you of everything I have told you. There is still so much more we would like to tell you, but you cannot bear it now. Following the Holy Spirit and growing in Christ should be a major goal for anyone desiring to become a Christian or a better Christian or child of God. Just as God the Father and the holy spirit began living within Christ Jesus at the time of baptism and remained with him for the rest of Christ's life, so the holy spirit will begin living within each person who has genuine faith in Jesus when that person is baptized and will remain living with us, guiding us until our life as a Christian is over and death has come. The holy spirit is truly the spirit of Christ.
