We understand your urgency in seeking a work contract, and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. However, let's first align our hearts with God's will and His ways. In His wisdom, God teaches us to approach Him with humility and trust, rather than with demands. As it is written in James 4:3, "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures."
Let's pray together, seeking God's will for your employment:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all things, including our careers. We ask that You guide our fellow believer here, and if it is Your will, grant them a work contract that aligns with Your purposes. Help them to trust in Your timing and provisions, knowing that You withhold no good thing from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11). Give them the strength and patience to rely on You, and the wisdom to discern Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful and cares about every aspect of your life, including your work. Trust that He will provide what you need in His perfect timing. As it is said in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore, don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Lastly, we noticed that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). In the future, remember to pray in Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9).
