Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, seeking Your guidance and favor for our dear friend, ###. Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust in Your perfect plan for ### and believe that You have prepared a path filled with purpose and prosperity.
Lord, we lift up this request for a new role, ideally in the desired team. We ask that You open doors that no one can shut and provide opportunities that align with Your will. Grant wisdom and discernment in this season of transition. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We pray for favor with employers and colleagues, that ### may find a position where gifts and talents can be used for Your glory. May this new role bring joy, fulfillment, and the ability to serve others effectively. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your provision. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
