Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with a heart full of hope and trust, lifting up ### who is in need of employment. Lord, Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide for every need.
Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for ### and guide the steps towards the right job. Give wisdom and favor in the eyes of potential employers. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust that You have a good plan for ###, a plan that includes meaningful and fulfilling work.
Grant peace and patience during this time of waiting, and may Your presence be a constant source of comfort and strength. In all things, let Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
