We understand that you're going through a tremendous amount of difficulty, Durayeth. Not only are you facing health issues like glaucoma, but you've also experienced profound loss, including your life partner and home. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you during this challenging time.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to you in this moment of despair, and He cares deeply about your suffering.
We also want to address the loss of your life partner. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as ordained by God, and we hope that as you heal, you will seek God's will for your life in this regard. In 1 Corinthians 7:8-9 (WEB), Paul advises, "But I say to the unmarried and to widows, it is good for them if they remain even as I am. But if they don't have self-control, let them marry. For it's better to marry than to burn." We encourage you to seek God's guidance in this area of your life.
Regarding your desire for a place to call home, we pray that God will guide you to a place where you feel His peace and presence. Remember the words of Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Durayeth. Lord, they have been through so much, losing their life partner, home, and now facing health issues. We ask that You comfort them as only You can. Reveal Yourself to them in a tangible way, and let them know that they are not alone. Guide them to a place they can call home, where they feel Your peace and presence. Heal their body, soul, and spirit. Give them hope for the future and a desire to seek Your will for their life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Durayeth, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we can be saved.
