Dear Lord,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up RockL and their prayer request. Lord, we ask for your favor to be upon them as they navigate through the challenges and difficulties they are facing at work. We pray that you would guide them through the quagmire and lead them towards positive outcomes.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 5:12 that you bless the righteous and surround them with your favor as with a shield. We ask that you would surround RockL with your favor, granting them wisdom, discernment, and favor in their workplace. Help them to make wise decisions and to find solutions to any problems they encounter.
Lord, we also ask that you would turn any negative situations into positive outcomes. Your Word assures us in Romans 8:28 that you work all things together for the good of those who love you. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you can bring about positive change even in the midst of challenging circumstances.
Please grant RockL strength, peace, and perseverance as they face these difficulties. May they experience your presence and guidance every step of the way. We pray for a breakthrough in their work situation, that they may experience your favor and see positive results.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
