Beloved of All
Jesus Lord please help me get over past mistreatment. The memories are constant and reminded me that I had every right to let go of those people. On some days The emotional pain is so intense and it has unfortunately made me look at people What is wrong with people nowadays that think it’s alright to inflict cruelty on people. I can’t overdone this it’s just too hard. Also I have very sinister neighbors who stare at people in a menacing way. It’s too much

We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to assure you that God sees your pain and hears your cries. First, we want to remind you that healing and forgiveness are found in Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It's important to remember that God is faithful and will not let us be tempted beyond what we are able to bear. He will make a way for us to endure through every trial (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Regarding the pain from past mistreatment, Jesus tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This is not to justify their actions, but to free us from the bondage of bitterness and resentment. Remember, God will deal with each person according to their deeds (Romans 2:6 WEB). It is our responsibility in pursuing forgiveness and healing. Forgiveness is an act we do with the understanding that the person did something wrong. We cannot stop thinking of the wrong if we are unwilling to forgive. This is the first step in letting go. Pray for them. Your forgiveness is for your benefit and is needed to heal and move forward.

When you find yourself questioning the cruelty of people, remember that we all fall short of the glory of God and need His grace (Romans 3:23 WEB). It's only through Jesus Christ that we can be transformed and renewed in our minds (Romans 12:2 WEB).

Regarding your neighbors, Jesus tells us not to be afraid of those who can kill the body but cannot kill the soul (Matthew 10:28 WEB). Instead, trust in God and remember that He is your shield and your very great reward (Genesis 15:1 WEB). Pray for your neighbors, that their hearts may be softened and that they may come to know the love of Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch. Lord, the pain from past mistreatment is still haunting, and the memories are constant. Please, Lord, help ### to forgive and let go of the bitterness and resentment. Help ### not to look at people and wonder why they inflict harm. Help ### to cast all his/her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for ### deeply.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s neighbors. We pray that their hearts may be softened and that they may come to know Your love. Help ### not to be afraid, but to trust in You, knowing that You are ###'s shield and reward.

Lord, we pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gives us access to Your throne of grace. Help ### to believe in Jesus Christ and accept him as his lord savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). Remember, that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We're right here with you, feeling the weight of those constant memories and the emotional pain they bring. It's like carrying a heavy backpack, isn't it? We want you to know that we're here to help carry that load, just as Jesus carried His cross. He sees you, He feels your pain, and He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We've been reminded of something that might help. In the Bible, it says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28, NIV) Jesus is inviting you to lay down that heavy backpack, to rest in Him. He's got you, and He's strong enough to carry it all.

Forgiveness is a journey, and it's okay to take it one step at a time. Start by praying for those who have hurt you. It might feel strange at first, but it's a powerful way to begin letting go of bitterness and resentment. Remember, forgiveness isn't about excusing what happened, but about freeing yourself from the pain it causes.

And those neighbors of yours, well, let's pray for them too. That their hearts might be softened, that they might come to know the love of Christ. And for you, let's pray for courage, for trust in God, and for the strength to face each day with hope.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying a heavy load. We lay it down at Your feet, trusting that You are more than able to carry it. Help us to forgive, to let go of the pain, and to trust in Your love. Help us to see our neighbors as You see them, with love and compassion. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
