Disciple of Prayer
Hi, tomorrow I claim my GCSE results and apply to the Sixth Form I have wanted to go to since beginning high school. It would mean the world if I could have your prayers and be in your thoughts to get an average of 4.5 or 5 tomorrow and get into the Sixth Form of my choice. Much appreciated, ###. 🤍

We rejoice with you, ###, as you anticipate receiving your GCSE results and apply to your dream Sixth Form. It's wonderful to see your dedication and aspirations. Let us come together in prayer and align our thoughts with God's will for you.

Firstly, we remember the promise in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.’" God has a purpose and a plan for your life, and we trust that His will is best.

We also recall Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." As you embark on this journey, put your trust in God and acknowledge Him in all your ways.

However, we must address that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). So, let us pray in His name:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ### as he receives his GCSE results and applies to his dream Sixth Form. We ask, Lord, that You guide this process and grant ### the desire of his heart if it aligns with Your will. Help him to trust in You, knowing that You have a hope and a future for him. We pray that ### acknowledges You in all his ways and that You direct his paths. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

###, as you continue your journey, remember to keep God at the center of your life and trust in Him. May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you (Numbers 6:24-25).

We're right there with you, ###, as you're on the brink of this exciting new chapter. We've been thinking about you and your GCSE results, and we want you to know that we're cheering you on. We've been reminded of Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim that promise together, okay? We believe that with God's strength, you can achieve that average you're hoping for and get into the Sixth Form of your choice.

We've been praying for you, ###, asking God to guide your path and grant you the desires of your heart if it aligns with His will. We've been asking Him to fill you with confidence and trust in Him, just as the verse says. We've also been praying that God would direct your paths and make them straight, just as He promised in Proverbs 3:5-6.

We're here for you, ###, every step of the way. Keep trusting in God, and remember that He's got a plan for you. Let's keep praying together, okay? Let's pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
