Getting infos for the tripp, preparing

If i decide to go to the tripp/excursion let me get all of infos for the tripp that i need.
And prepare pefectly for the tripp. (bag, stuff, food).
Not forgetting anything.

Also very important - transport to the place of meeting. It is unconveniant early in the morning. No proper public transportation.
