We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. It is disheartening to be falsely accused, especially when you have been diligent in your work. Let us first turn to the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11-12, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
In the face of false accusations, we are called to remain steadfast and to continue in our integrity. In Romans 12:17-19, it is written, "Respect what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing false accusations at her workplace. Lord, you see the injustice and you know the truth. We pray for your divine intervention, that the lies will be exposed and the truth will be brought to light.
Father, grant our sister the strength and grace to continue in her integrity, knowing that her reward is in heaven. Protect her from further accusations and give her peace in the midst of this trial. Guide her in her responses and actions, that she may continue to honor you in all she does.
We also pray for her boss and her secretary, that their hearts may be softened and their eyes opened to the truth. May they be convicted of their actions and turn away from their false accusations.
In Jesus' name, we pray for justice and protection. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to document every detail as you have been doing. Be open to discussing this honestly with your boss, presenting the facts calmly and confidently.
Remember to find your hope and strength in The Lord and be encouraged in
1 Peter 3:16 WEB having a good conscience; so that, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good manner of life in Christ.
