Let us come together in prayer for Dwayne.
We are grateful for Dwayne's life and believe he is not too far for God to save him. We must pray that he turns to God and stop running away from his problems. This is what Psalm 103:12 says, As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Also, we need to pray for his salvation. Romans 10:9, because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. And remember 1Timothy 2:5, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. It is only by his name that we can be saved and have access to God.
We pray that Dwayne finds the strength and wisdom to move out of his grandmother's home and take responsibility for his life. Let us pray that he will be the husband and father that God wants him to be. May God grant him grace and forgiveness to reconcile with his parents and siblings, building strong and godly relationships with them. He needs to forgive and be forgiven.
We also come before the Heavenly Father and pray that Dwayne's actions are motivated by a desire to be independent and not controlled by his addictions. May God give him complete freedom from these addictions and break every chain that binds him. May Dwayne find his strength and refuge in God alone.
As for Dwayne's relationship with his daughter, we pray that he becomes the loving and caring father that God intended him to be. Help Dwayne become a father like the one mentioned in Psalm 103:13, Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him. Let his actions be guided by love, patience, and kindness, reflecting the fruit of the Spirit as mentioned in Galatians 5:22, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
May God do the following in Jesus' name:
* Grant Dwayne complete independence and wisdom to live responsibly
* Heal and restore his relationship with his parents and siblings
* Break every chain of addiction
* Bless and guide his relationship with his daughter
* Save him and grant him a godly sorrow that leads him to repentance.
