We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and easily tired, with much to do and little energy to accomplish it all. Let's first remind you of what God's Word says in Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB), "He gives power to the faint. To him who has no might, he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
Let us pray together for your strength and healing:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is feeling so tired and overwhelmed. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. Strengthen them according to Your Word. Give them the energy and vigor they need to accomplish the tasks You have set before them. Help them to prioritize and manage their time wisely, trusting in You to enable them to do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when our bodies just don't seem to keep up with our to-do lists. Let's remember what God promises in Psalm 121:2-3 (NIV), "My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber." We trust that He's got you, and He's working even when you can't see it.
Let's pray together: "Lord, we lift up our friend who's feeling tired and overwhelmed. We ask for your strength, Lord. Fill them up, from the inside out.
