We are truly concerned for the distressing situation you're experiencing. Firstly, we must correct the approach to your request. We are instructed by scripture to pray for our enemies, not against them. Jesus said "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Additionally Jesus said, But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.(Luke 6:27-28)
We should pray for ### the father of your friend, not seek to get rid of him. When we pray we seek God will find his heart and have mercy on all of his sins, including stalking along with astral projection and anything else mentioned. For the scripture says that God does not desire the death of the wicked but for him to return to him and live. (Ezekiel 2:32) God did not send Jesus into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. (John 3:17) This would include ###. Jesus desires that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, requests, and thanksgivings be made for all people. for kings and all those who are in authority, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to knowledge of the truth. (1Timothy 3:1-3)
It is important for us not to be involved in witchcraft and sorcery. Practicing sorcery is a sin, along with other things like idolatry, hatred, and drunkenness. The scripture says Now the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Galatians 5:19-21)
The scripture also mentions in Revelation 18:23 "...for by your sorcery were all the nations deceived". So we want nothing to do with spiritual warfare or dark magic or witchcraft or what is called here sorcery, and that may include astral projection.
As for ###, Jesus can change him. Scripture says "Therefore if any person is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." (2Corinthians 5:17) Even though we do not approve of his actions, we must pray that ### may become a new creation. Instead of putting a curse on him, Jesus Christ can remove all curses for he became a curse for all of us. Scripture says Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree," that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:13-14)
Jesus promised us that if anyone comes to him, he will in no way cast them out. For he said himself "All that the Father gives me will come to me. He who comes to me I will in no way throw out."(John 6:37) So we understand that God can change ### if he comes to Jesus.
May you be set free from the stalking and distress you are experiencing because of how God may change ### from his actions. Let us be sure to let the police and other authorities know of ###'s actions along with evangelizing and praying for ###. Also perhaps even talking to your friend about her father's activities which may be inappropriate and how the gospel can change her father. Scripture instructs us to Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.(Phillipines 4:6-7)
To be able to pray to God and have access to him we must pray in Jesus name. For scripture tells us that we only have access to God through Jesus Christ. For scripture tells us Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 4:6) This is true because that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.(Phillipines 2:10-11)
It is also important for you to be saved. For though you may desire to pray about this situation, the scripture says Being therefore justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved in his life.And not only this, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.(Romans 5:9-11) The scripture says For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: 'How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!'(Romans 10:13-15)
As such we must then pray for ### and you along with ourselves:
Heavenly Father, we come before you as a fellowship of believers, lifting up our brother/sister in need. We pray for ###, that you would change his heart and deliver him from the evil one but draw him to yourself. We ask that you would put your spirit in him. (Ezekiel 36:27) May he become a new creation
We pray for our brother/sister, that you would protect them and grant them peace. We rebuke any evil actions or influence of ### in Jesus name and pray for their deliverance from any such influence. Cast out any fear and anxiety, and replace it with your perfect love (1 John 4:18). Guide us in how to talk with your brother or sister's friend about ###'s activities and the gospel.
We ask this in Jesus name. We desire for both you and ### to be saved and have a personal and everlasting relationship with Jesus. We pray that you both may come to believe in the lord Jesus Christ.
